Employee Hiring in Serbia

We are looking for hardworking and reliable unskilled construction workers to join our teams in Serbia. No prior experience is required, but candidates should be physically fit and willing to work in construction environments. Up to 55 years old.

Place of Work – Belgrade; Novi Pazar;

Kind of Work – Assisting workers in various construction tasks; Loading and unloading materials; Cleaning and preparing job sites; Following safety guidelines and instructions from supervisors; Performing other general labor duties as assigned;

Work experience – no need;

Period of work contract – 24 months;

Salary – Average monthly salary 750–850 EUR;

Working hours – 8–9 hours per day;

Education – able to speak English to colleagues minimal B1 level; Before signing the employment contract, all candidates will participate in an interview. As part of the process, we will record a short video of each candidate and submit it to the employer for approval.

Insurance – provided by employer in territory of Serbia;

Accommodation – free, provided by the employer;

Preparation of work contract by the Employer – 10 business days;

Estimated visa waiting time – approx. 30 days;

Employer meets at Belgrade Airport.

What is required from the client?

Passports, CV, education/qualification letters/recommendation letters.

Place of Work – Subotica, Belgrade;

Kind of Work – a helper in the kitchen and a chef of European and Mediterranean cuisine;

Work experience – Minimum 6 months of work experience in a relevant position;

Period of work contract – 12 months;

Salary – 600–1000 EUR a month depending on the candidate’s skills;

Working hours – The work schedule is floating according to the institution where the employee will work. Basically 8–9 working hours/day, from 08:00/09:00 in the morning to 16:00/17:00. Saturday at the request of the employee – it is not a mandatory requirement. It is paid in addition to the salary.

Education – able to speak English to colleagues, minimal at B1 level;

Insurance – provided by the employer in the territory of Serbia;

Accommodation – free, food is not provided; Preparation of work contract by the Employer – 10 business days;

Estimated visa waiting time – up to 30 business days.

Kind of Work – Picking up orders from restaurants or food establishments, ensuring timely delivery of food to customers at their specified address, verifying order accuracy before leaving the restaurant, handling payments (if required) and providing receipts, maintaining food quality by ensuring proper packaging and delivery conditions, interacting with customers in a professional and friendly manner, navigating efficiently to avoid delays and ensure on-time delivery.

Salary – Average monthly salary 800 EUR + tips + overtime;

Working hours – 8–9 hours per day;

Education – able to speak English to colleagues minimal B1 level;

Insurance – provided by employer in territory of Serbia;
