NURSE JOBS IN GERMANY 🇩🇪

We are seeking 200–300 qualified nurses — both female and male — under 40 years of age, holding a medical degree or a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, with at least 2–3 years of professional experience in the same or a related field, and a B1 German language certificate.

The certificate must be recognized by the German Embassy in the candidate’s home country.
Accepted certificates: Goethe-Institut, Telc, TestDaF, and equivalent institutions.
Applicants who wish to work as Nursing Assistants in Elderly Care Homes are also welcome.

Salary and Benefits
Base Gross Hourly Rate:

 • Qualified Nurses (Pflegefachkraft): €24.50 – €26.80/hour
 • Assistant Nurses (Pflegehilfskraft mit Ausbildung): €20.00 – €22.00/hour
 • Assistant Nurses (Pflegehilfskraft ohne Ausbildung): €19.00 – €21.00/hour

Additional Payments:

 • Night shift: +25% per hour
• Saturday work: +25% per hour
 • Sunday work: +35% per hour
 • Public holidays: +50% per hour
 • Overtime: according to German labor law

Work Schedule (24/7 rotating):

 • Morning shift: 06:30–14:15
 • Afternoon shift: 13:15–21:00
• Night shift: 20:15–06:45 

After one year, once candidates receive official German certification, salaries may exceed €4,500 gross/month, plus all additional bonuses.

Accommodation

Free company accommodation provided during the first 2–3 months of employment, until the worker arranges personal housing.

Administrative Support

After pre-selection, our company assists with:
• Employment contracts
• Municipal work permits
 • Medical insurance
• Visa documentation for Schengen/German work visa for non-EU citizens 

Project Cost

💶 Total cost: €3,500
💰 Payment schedule:
• €1,500 advance payment
• €2,000 after signing the official employment contract (second part of payment after PDF copies)

We only proceed with applications from a minimum of 5 candidates per group.

An online interview with the employer is mandatory for all selected applicants before final approval.
